Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Note: We accept returns for selected products.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier you choose.

If the return is due to our error, such as damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at uk.petpetparkservice@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As we do not have a local warehouse in the US, returns should be sent to our warehouse in Shanghai, China.

Note: We only offer free return labels for selected products. Not all products qualify for free return labels.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
